Congrats to Virginia for winning the Masters 30+ district crit championship on Sunday and placing 2nd in the Masters 30+ district road race on Saturday! That girl's got talent and should go really far. She was solo off the front for at least four of the final six laps. Talk about impressive! She is super strong, fast and tactically savvy. Proman, Webcor or VAC should be knocking on her door soon. What's not to love about a gal who is willing to wear the podium pants? We are thinking about using the pants as part of our Fall recruiting strategy. New recruits will be shown the fine shimmering silver lycra pants and asked if they would be willing to wear them. Only those who agree will be considered. We are looking for the diamonds in the rough that love cycling, enjoy competing, want to have fun and are willing to wear "the pants."
