Things are not looking good for Michael Rasmussen. Yesterday, the Danish federation dropped him from the national team. The action sounded an alarm for TDF Director Christian Prudhomme who has called an impromptu press conference.All the hoopla is based on the Danish federation's inability to find Rasmussen for doping tests on May 8 and June 28, 2007.
Michael Rasmussen is suspected by some to be one of the "Men in Black". Please let that not be the case. He is my climbing hero. I hope this turns out to be a fruitless witch hunt. Cycling does not need another doping scandal.
