The new Tante Marie's Cooking School class schedule arrived in my mailbox. If only I had the time to take one of their classes. But then again, anything learned would surely soon be forgotten as practice makes perfect and I don't seem to have much time to cook these days. This is rather unfortunate as: a) I consider myself a pretty good cook; and b) I have about 20 cookbooks collecting dust in the cupboard.
There are two things in life that are in limited supply: time and money. Every day you should ask yourself: "How do I want to spend my time and how do I want to spend my money?"
Sadly, cooking classes are not high on the list at the moment.
