That would be what the dealer found wrong with my car. Can you believe it?? How is that possible? They must think I am crazy. Meanwhile, I am raging mad at AAMCO for trying to pull the wool over my eyes. See, I knew they would prey on my ignorance. To think they recommended an overhaul of the transmission when there is NOTHING wrong with the transmission. What a nightmare!. The dealer sent me walking and told to come back when the problem reappears. Just great, really great.

whenever I take my car to the garage I feel like giving them a blank check and telling them to take just as much $$$ as they want. it's the one area of my life I feel completely helpless (or hopeless).
Typical. Car makes noise until you take it to the dealer, then it mysteriously remains quiet until two days later and starts squealing again. Repeat next time you take it in.
Your both right, it's Murphy's law. Friggin' unbelievable. Just watch, on my way to Challenge next weekend it will die on the Freeway.
