The witch hunt continues

Here we go again -- The World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) has opened an investigation on Alberto Contador and his alleged involvement in Operation Peurto. Documents seized in the case are said to contain the letters A.C..

Doping expert Werner Franke claims to have documents from last year's Operation Puerto doping investigation which show that Contador took insulin, HMG-Lepori and TGN. Contador has denied he had any links with Fuentes' drugs program. Was there a Spanish cover up to protect one of their own?

Contador has scheduled a press event this Friday in Spain, but says he will decline to answer reporters' questions after he reads a prepared statement. Wat 'up with that?

Why is it that all cyclists under investigation for doping are "tranquilo." Basso was tranquilo, Valverde is tranquilo, Contador is tranquilo and Di Luca is tranquilo. The fact that they are all tranquilo, despite the fact they are being investigated for doping, may lose their racing license for two years and could have to cough up a year's salary suggests to me that they may be taking more than performance enhancing drugs. I would be freaking out. Certainly not "tranquillo." I need some of those tranquilo inducing drugs.
