Astana's Andrey Kashechkin has tested positive for homologous blood doping following an out-of-competition test in Turkey on August 1. Astana immediately suspended him pending the outcome of his B sample. That's the second nail in Astana's coffin. I would like to know what sort of "draconian measures" the team proposes to clean up the sport becasue it sure looks like it's all going to hell.
