The Morgan Stanley cycling team & Team Spine plan to merge next year! That should partially fill the void left by Safeway, which could still reinvent itself into a formidable force to be reckoned with (I remain hopeful). If Safeway does in fact close it's doors, one of the men's masters teams will need to fill Safeway's shoes and go head-to-head with AMD-Discovery in order to keep the men's masters races interesting next season.
